Family-owned Korean restaurant in the heart off Gothenburg. We prepare authentic Korean dishes from scratch.
Sukki is the chef's nickname, and Sukki-Ne means "at Sukki's home."
She is a licensed chef from South Korea and originally from the capital city, Seoul.
In June 2024, Sukki began collaborating with Kevin, who is originally from France and has a great love for Korean food.
Together, they create traditional Korean dishes with passion. Through your visit to Sukki-Ne, you will embark on a flavorful journey into Korean culinary tradition!

FERMENTATION
Vegetables should be pickled. Soybeans should be boiled, dried, and soaked in salt water. Sun-dried chili, finely ground, should be boiled 100 times with rice syrup, rice flour, etc.
Then you must wait until it matures!
During fermentation, beneficial bacteria are created that can help our gut flora. We use this knowledge to develop tasty and healthy food.
